My phone number was entered wrong truck was 2 hours late I was unable to use the app had to call to get the keys which took 1.5 hours to do Had to call to return the vehicle Gary Sparks was unbothered by the lack of service at the location. Overall set me back a full day of moving and was a gigantic pain

Serge SComputer at location would not load my reservation, i booked online. Her telephone wasnt working either.Took over an hour to process, made me late for my job. Lady was nice, not her fault im sure, but i will never return there.
