27 mai 2025 Merci au Trafic controller de Darmouth (NB) (17h05) qui m'a aidé à la dernière minute d'obtenir un camion Après avoir reçu une annulation de ma réservation (09h25) à Rimouski par courriel à16h19. WOW Merci à M. Denis Villemure de Shawinigan qui m'a aidé tout au long de cette journée pour obtenir le service demandé. Il n'est pas normal lorsqu'on appelle votre ligne téléphonique central de ne pas obtenir une réponse de quelqu'un. En attente plus de deux heures à plusieurs reprises et spécialement après la réception de l'annulation de la réservation de Rimouski.

Excellent service that met our needs. The truck was clean and well-maintained. I told the person that I called that the distance from my home to the new location was about 5 to 6 kms. She explained that a 15 or 20 would be adequate. I settled on the 15 which proved to be very adequate. The truck was loaded that evening and returned by noon the next day, without any problems. I was fully satisfied with the move and the service at the shop. Thank You!
