DARRELL AThe local staff and service were excellent. I have rented from U-haul before. I found that this time it was more painful to register for a rental. My credit card was not accepted 3 times and my bank card was rejected also. In the end I had to use my credit card with their business and then they gave me a refund after the final bill. I'm retired and I had time. If it's a human being reading this, have a nice day.
