Christiana II was under the impression that if the attendant at the U-Haul location completed the order for me, I would not need to enter the mileage or use the app. However, because I did not use the app, I was charged for the full 250 miles, which was disappointing. Overall, this experience was not ideal, as I have difficulty using the U-Haul app and specifically requested assistance from the attendant for that reason. That said, the truck itself was in good condition and performed well.
