I was over charged. I was told the price was one thing. When I dropped off he told me I owed way more money. I didn’t receive the text saying what the mileage and gas was. I’ve never had this problem before. I was over charged for gas and mileage. I didn’t go over 10 miles. I rent twice a year every year from another location to feed the homeless and I’m NEVER using U-Haul again. The customer service person was RUDE AND MEAN to my husband and I.
