Extremely sketchy. The parking lot had an abandoned burned vehicle in it and the auto center had a different name than Mudea car center. It felt like a junkyard lot and I felt very unsafe as a female traveling alone.

JACQUELINE JWhen I got to the location near me. The truck was not available although I had confirmation for the truck. The dispatcher told me I could have a larger truck at the same rate. When I dropped the truck off the vendor charged me the regular rate. I overpaid and I was lied to twice. Will never recommend U-haul to a friend
