The owner and staff were very helpful. Even though they didn’t open till 9 am, they helped me with my rental as soon as I arrived around 8:30 am. They gave me instructions and showed me how to use the tow dolly. I will go back to them for any rentals in the future.

The only thing I would have liked to see was the additional charges for mileage if I went over the included amount for the rental. We could not find that detail anywhere in the contract nor could the representative see in the system where to find it.
