Owner was very rude. I was asking him to explain to me why it would have to be 50 miles instead of 25 miles like the other uhaul facility and he says to me you getting it or not I'm busy. And when I dropped the uhaul off he was rude as well about the gas. He said the truck would be have a half of tank of gas and I received the truck on E.

The 15 foot truck was dirty in the cab and back. There was no dolly, had to go look for one. And was charged a full day because i was one hour late on retuning the truck. I've been using U-Haul for 10 years and this is the way they treat there customers. This is the last time i will use them.
carl aI was over charged. I was told the price was one thing. When I dropped off he told me I owed way more money. I didn’t receive the text saying what the mileage and gas was. I’ve never had this problem before. I was over charged for gas and mileage. I didn’t go over 10 miles. I rent twice a year every year from another location to feed the homeless and I’m NEVER using U-Haul again. The customer service person was RUDE AND MEAN to my husband and I.
