I will never rent from U-Haul again. I had an issue with the truck door not opening and I did everything that U-Haul directly told me to do and U-Haul is trying to charge me for the door and junk that I rented the truck for. Not right and U-Haul can take me to court and I guarantee I will come out on top.

james cThe drop off location was a bit confusing as it was in a convenience store and there was not sign indicating this is the UHaul return.
Orkideh OEquipment was ok on cleanliness. But dimes and gum wrapper in cup holders. And an open pack of cigarettes with lighter left in truck. Makes wonder how serious they are about cleanliness. Unable to use app. Do to a tire sensor issue. But to have a 20min wait for a U-Haul representative was not a good start to a long day. The Associate at this establishment was very professional and Accommodating.
