The office was closed, therefore no personnel assisted on the drop-off.
BRANDON CIt took an hour to pick up the truck on Sunday. Location was closed and was told to download the app to pick up. Would not allow me to pick ot up because car hauler was hooked up after tellimg them i didnt want to pick it up till Monday. An hour later on the phone with customer service i finally was able to drive off. The had to remake a reservation for the car hauler which took another 20 minutes.
ALFONSO SDont rip the skid plate of a customers car when assisting them with loading it.
