I was charged 198.45 and 288.42 when picked up and another 100.38 upon return for returning it to same location of pickup. Also filled tank at 138.00. No one has credited me the wrong charges of puck up and the hundred upon return not suppose to be charged. Checked my credit card still waiting for corrections. 800.00 total charged my card so far. Can we get this fixed now please

They didn’t know how to deal with a freeway rock broken window. Thought I had to pay for it even though I bought the $15/day damage insurance. Very frustrating and time consuming discussion. Finally at my urging, a call to corporate resolved the issue.
Robert JThe truck was rode hard and put away wet. It was clean but the front end is sloppier than a beat up vw bus, wandered all over the road. The ac didn’t work at all and in fact blew hot air on max ac. Lastly it took 20 min to put ten gallons of gas in it because the vent line is worse than a 70 year old man’s urethra….. the guy that helped me was great but boy howdy that truck sucks

ROZA KThe store was okay but the customer service was pretty bad at pick-up with a really rude man. I needed to extend my rental by one additional day. I did a chat with uhaul and they quoted me a higher rate than I thought I originally paid but they were charging me for insurance. I told the agent I didnt want the insurance and on my reservation I stated I didnt want insurance and my quote was without insurance. Come to find out the store added the insurance without my consent. I wonder if they make some sort of commission by adding the insurance. The agent for uhaul said I had to file a dispute since the truck was already dispatched. When I returned the truck the lady at the counter refused to inspect the vehicle. She wrote my name on a piece of paper and said the owner would look at the truck tomorrow. That was yesterday afternoon and still haven't heard back.
