The app check in wouldn't work for us, it just took our information (DL number etc) but nothing past tand the person with the keys just said oh *shrug* here are the keys. When we returned it we would get completely through the return process and then it would boot us out of the app. The person at the desk did the same as the other.
Dale MThis location was quite a bit out of the way for us- and quite frankly, the last thing we wanted to do after such a long trip and all the unloading was to have to drive way out in the country to return a truck we had rented in a city and drove to another city. A person called us to tell us that we had to return it there and that they would give us extra miles...ok....how about a fuel credit instead...we are using expensive fuel that we paid for to deliver your truck to a destination that is best for YOU. I'm hoping you can see how that might come across to the customer.
