This location was quite a bit out of the way for us- and quite frankly, the last thing we wanted to do after such a long trip and all the unloading was to have to drive way out in the country to return a truck we had rented in a city and drove to another city. A person called us to tell us that we had to return it there and that they would give us extra miles...ok....how about a fuel credit instead...we are using expensive fuel that we paid for to deliver your truck to a destination that is best for YOU. I'm hoping you can see how that might come across to the customer.
