Do not take anyone’s reservation unless it can possibly be fulfilled. I had to drive 3 hours one way into the US from Canada to pickup my truck that wasn’t even the right size. It was too small. We had to move at this time as our possession date was the next day and someone else was moving into our house. The wasted time and stress was completely unnecessary. I will never use your s”services” again. We also never record the equipment we reserved, and were charged for.
