It is a small place in a small town, not much selection for people...so nothing really need to be improved.
Barry D.Unfortunately, I had to rate this location as poor, even though it is not the location that I originally rented the equipment from. I reserved a trailer from the Bemidji, Minnesota location and a day before I was supposed to pick up the trailer, they called me and told me that I had to go to Baudette to pick up the trailer if I wanted it. This was the worst experience that I have ever had. Who has ever heard of not having the equipment that I ordered and then sending me to go get the trailer if I wanted one, instead of having the trailer delivered to the location that I ordered it from. Very disappointed in U-Haul Bemidji location.
