The man who took me to the trailer was extremely unfriendly. Was very short and nasty. Yelled at me when I wanted to put the trailer on my hitch myself and then continued to do it for me and hit my bumper with the tounge. No acknowledgement and no apology. Just kept being nasty and yelling at me. I WOULD NEVER COME HERE AGAIN. The owner who I only spoke to on the phone was very friendly and nice. But that was the only part of this transaction that was ok.
