There was a couch in the back of the truck. We noticed when we arrive to our destination and had to take it out ourselves. Please check that the vehicles you are renting are empty for the next customer.

marvin SMorning was off to a rough start at the Bayshore location on sunrise, and then they switched us over to the fifth Avenue location in Bayshore at the front desk was a guy named Jimmy. He was fantastic. Very helpful. Worked out all the problems that happened earlier in the morning. My best recommendation is to go to this location and ask for Jimmy and you’ll have absolutely no difficulties. Big shout out to Jimmy!! Thank you
