Picked up at this location because they were suppose to have the truck I requested. Had to get a larger truck because it wasn’t available. Waited for 40 mins getting approval for next available size which threw me behind schedule.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe employee was the little preoccupied with other stuff, which made the transaction in the store, not as great of an experience as they could have been. It wasn't terrible, but it could have been better. And then he ran out as I was trying to leave, saying he had to take pictures of thw trailer as well. Even though I had just taken all the pictures on the app, like the app said, I had to. I think for trailers, there should be a completely contactless option even if the location is open.

Jodi LMy pickup location was changed at last minute to another location and when I arrived, they were surprised and not ready. So I was delayed.
