Had only one person work front counter. I canceled my order the same day I thknk it was within a hour and couldn't get a full refund back didn't even walk out of the store the truck says 19.00 a day but by the time the salesman finished the bill was over 79.00 what a reap off.

Sent me on my 12 hundred mile trip with a utility trailer with no turn signals or brake lights. When we went to connect them, we were not provided any wiring or an adapter to connect them. Had to spend my travel time and money to purchase equipment that should have been provided. No regard for safety. A refund and apology is warranted in this situation.

There were only 2 workers and many customers. Long wait. Also I asked for a truck to hold 3 2nd rooms. They recommended the 15 ft but we had to make 3 trips instead of 1 and it cost more in mileage. 30 miles instead of 10. Not acceptable.

Make sure all of the straps are in working order as well as the ratchets on the trailer. Staff was very friendly and helpful but the return they had me move the trailer three times. I felt like this was something that could have been done by their employees.

Representative checking in vehicle was polite, however, he told us of a charge for driving "over the mileage", but could not give ANY details about this charge. We finally said, "fine" and paid it. I did not see anything that said we were limited to a specific mileage. When you rent a uhaul, you need help hauling stuff, NOT watching how many miles you use.

Clean and well maintained are two different things. The vehicle was clean. However, the front tires weren’t balanced, had little power and the check engine light came on half way through the trip. The vehicle had close to 150k in mileage and was sent out on an 1,300 mile trip. Ridiculous.

There was a guy named Phillip working the counter alone when we got there around 9am to pick up a cargo trailer. We waited in line for an hour just to get to the counter. They had approx 5 customers ahead of us and many more behind us. Only one man at the counter until we got to the counter then a lady came in to help. Also only one man outside. Need more people at this location. Especially on Saturday morning when most people will be moving.

I was over charged and was retaliated against the next day. Manager laughing about it. Didn’t have the right equipment and never ask about getting the 50 dollars for not having the right equipment. The manager Philip laughed when they New they charged me more. Very rude and I felt like a criminal. They did this in front of 10 customers yesterday. Today they laughed and over charged me and didn’t care. I was at the location over an hour yesterday trying to get the amount I was promised.

Rude employees. Even if you had a reservation they try to tell you they do not have a truck. Then say they do but you can’t have it for your 6 hour reservation you can only have for 2 hours. And if you can’t be back by that time then they just won’t give you the truck! Super disappointed in the company and i also watched several other people leave angry due to them saying they do not have a truck for their reservation also! Definitely will not ever use U-Haul again!!!

Space for customers to park is a HUGE problem. The inside of the truck was clean but the outside was very dirty. The manager, Phillip, was extremely rude and very unprofessional. I have always used Uhaul but I will look at other truck rental companies in the future. The only positive thing was a young man named Jaylen who was responsible for doing the walk through and noting damage, problems, etc. He was respectful, polite and very professional. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE!

They want you to put the gas above it's level other than where you received it and if it's not above tour charged a 32 dollar fee which is ridiculous. I put 16 dollars in the tank plus was charged 32 more dollars that's $40. Including 32 i was charged to rent it for 6 hours. I got a uhaul from some where elsle for 24 hours and was charged less.

Your employees are not the top notch reps you expect. The store is under staffed for Sat. You really expect to have two service agents and nobody in the lot getting vehicles and trailers together. Poor planning. The employee's do not know who to use the computer well on assist with finding a close drop off point. Over all they were polite but you are not investing in the best. Simply average to below average with abilities.
