OPHELIA S | Overall ExperienceI was 4days into my new months rent when I vacated my space,and I was 3 days into my new month on my second storage unit I am upset that I was told that my account would not be prorated and I would not receive any of my money,then I was told that they have a right to rent my unit’s out unless I left the locks on I am upset with this I feel that I should get back most of my money and I made sure that I swept both units out and left them clean what kind of business keeps most of somebody’s money on something they are not using to me that’s a very poor business management and I feel that I was not treated fairly and I am definitely going to spread the word of this encounter with anybody that will be using a U-Haul facility I would appreciate a response to my complaint ASAP Thank-You

Karen O | First ImpressionsOnly reason for the Four stars is nothing to do with place or employees they just need more help in customer service counter reasoning they probably don’t is company trying keep over head down but the lines be long wait so my opinion just need more people so customers are not waiting so long that’s my only complaint.
