Antoine EWhen a customer reserves a truck, then calls and says he was having a problem and would be late, and was told that was not a problem, and then arrives 35 minutes late only to be told that they just rented the vehicle that he reserved and that they did not have another truck, and that he now has to drive an additional 60 miles to get another truck, that there would be someone there to help him only to find they are closed and has to do everything by phone, you would expect better customer service!

She is so kind and very generous.When she didn't have a truck available for me, yesterday, she got on the phone and called all around to find me just what I needed.
