I could not find a box to put the key when I returned the truck so I placed it back in the same box from where we found the key when we picked up the truck. The pick up process took about 30 minutes, which seemed a little long. I'm glad I gave myself extra moving time or I would have been stressing out to get it back within the two hours I estimated the move would take. Drop off took about 10 minutes, not counting the time we took walking the parking lot and building looking for a nonexistent drop box. I do not think I will rent from uhaul again on a weekend. I prefer having a person to deal with at pick-up and drop off. Self service isn't always all it's cracked up to be.
