Stop charging so dam much per mile and per use of the truck. 105 for 34 miles is crazy. I know now to never use u-haul anymore.

Richard DHook the equipment up to customer’s car correctly so it doesn’t come off the hitch less than a mile from the property and crash into back of customers car. Maintain and inspect equipment, especially tires so customer doesn’t almost cause accident when tires blow apart while driving. My worst experience ever with a uhaul rental!
