This was by far the worst U-Haul pickup location I’ve ever experienced. The vans and trucks were scattered up and down Atlantic Avenue, one of the busiest streets in Brooklyn. Being forced to cross back and forth along a major thoroughfare just to find my rental was not only unsafe but completely impractical. I will never be renting from this location again, nor will I recommend it to anyone. U-Haul should seriously look into this setup—it reflects very poorly on the company.

Picking up the van was a terrible experience
Lilian DZERO STARS. They park the Uhauls up and down the highway and its side streets, then they make YOU walk around and find it. If you can't find it, they yell at you and threaten to give your truck to another customer.
