Folks at the location were of little help. Van was completely snowed in, the only help they offer was a shovel and told it wasn’t their job to make the van accessible. The one guy was too busy to help, so he had his coworker that only spoke Spanish handle things. Cabin of the van had flyers from a previous customer. Back of van had someone’s groceries and (maybe) another persons clothes. Was called by one person after the whole shovele debacle, at least she was nice, professional, and helpful. As for uhauls customer service, it was just as bad as the people onsite. Navigating the automated system to get to an actual person was something out of a Kafka novel. First person transferred me to a very rude second person, who transferred me to a phone that rang and rang, then disconnected. At least the second time attempting to speak to a customer service rep I was connected to a real person, and she was actually pretty great! But overall this was a pretty terrible experience and I’d rather go out of my way to a different location than to use this spot any time in the future. I didn’t choose this location in the first place, however if I get reassigned to this spot again I’m canceling and going with one of uhauls competitors. To U-Haul in general: At least train your customer service people to be courteous and professional. As for the automated system, if the intention was to frustrate customers to the point of submission, then you’re doing a fantastic job!

terrible drop off system, impossible to find street parking especially with the snow. getting in and out of the vehicle and getting it out of the original parking spot was really hard
Madeleine SWeather conditions really made this a hard day, folks on site worked tirelessly to dig cars out of the snow- thank you so much! The only thing was the van was on empty so i had to fill up out of pocket and display kept showing a maintenance message which was a little unsettling. But to no fault of the team on site, they were great.

Gavin FNever meant to use this location. Frustrated I got re-assigned. No desk to talk with someone, seemed very chaotic, had to park on a major road, saw some homeless guy in a parked trucked when I returned my mine. Will never come back here again
