The reservation process reminded me of a Seinfeld episode, Uhaul can take a reservation but having it ready is another story. Made reservation for a specific sized truck to be picked up at a specific location. The day before the pickup I was advised the closest location for pick up would require a 100mile round trip. I was given the option of a 340 mile round trip for the next available one. The pick up process went well and the agent was very helpful. It is the reservation process and having the "reserved" truck ready at the specified location seems to be an issue.
