Clean the parking lot and don’t just leave massive cinder locks throughout the parking lot and actually have people there so you can actually drop the U-Haul off and have parking be actually accessible

LUIS MIssues/concerns: 1. U-Haul pick up location was moved twice. I had to drive 25+ miles one way to pick up. It’s not worth driving with added miles plus my effort plus my time. 2. Truck shutter wasn’t working as expected. This made our life difficult. We couldn’t use the truck well. I feel I wasted Lot of money.
