The requirement to communicate with your "App" and download virtual information to my phone was potentially very problematic. luckily I was travelling with someone who was more capable than myself. U-Haul head office assumes that everyone has great vision to read fine print on a small screen and is technology highly literate.... not everyone is. This U-Haul location is well-situated in south-central Belleville and has lots of inventory choice. While they did not have the specific (4' x 7') trailer I was looking to rent, they had an alternate unit that was suitable. The trailer was clean and functional. Staff is friendly and very helpful. A 5 * recommendation. Thank you.
