The employee energy didn't seem to suit customer service at all. I came back with half tank when it was sully to be quarter tank and she just repeated over and over that it is on the contract that I won't get any money back for that 100 dollars worth fuel. The thing is she didn't explain that verbally and I didn't even know that was on the contract. I ended up not getting anything back. I will use enterprise next time if I need a truck and share my experience factually with anyone. What a horror experience.
