When returning I found the spots full. I followed a sign that said "return equipment here" with an arrow pointing into the yard. I saw other U-Hauls and parked next to them, followed the app procedures and returned the key. After returning the key I found a sign with small writing telling me not to put the truck beyond the gate, or I may be charged extra. At that time I already gave up the key. Fortunately I was not charged extra. Just a note for the operators because I missed the sign by the key drop and then spotted the return equipment sign with large bold letters. Not sure if others will have that mix up, could just be me. Thanks for a great rental truck!
Johnathan CI had an “ok” experience, it wasn’t bad but it wasn’t the best. I had to wait 35 minutes for the person in charge to return to front of the building to pick up the U-Haul I reserved at 2:00, but did not get until 2:35. The man said he was busy and that there was supposed to be someone there to help him but that person wasn’t there. Thankfully I wasn’t in a major hurry, and had 30 minutes to waste.
