The woman who checked me in at the front desk was amazing and personable. She helped me pick a different size uhaul and was thorough in explaining pricing and what I needed to do for pictures etc. Dropping back off was also fine but I was not expecting to do so with a man on a screen. I would suggest letting people know this ahead of time. I was also concerned with just leaving the van key on the check in counter when no one was there.

Nate PReturn instructions were unclear. No front desk attendant. Had to wait 10+ minutes for some voice on a screen to finish with a hotel guest before I could even ask for help.
VAN RThere is no "person" to talk to at this location. The customer is greeted by a face on a screen. The customer must then wait for a representative to show up in person, which may or may not happen. I waited 30 minutes to pick up the trailer that I rented. The orientation of the trailer wasn't convenient for pickup, as it was blocked in by U-Haul trucks. I had to drive on the grass and avoid concrete parking barriers to pick up the trailer. When I dropped the trailer off the next day, there was no representative present. I was unable to remove the trailer from the tow hitch on my own and had to ask the owner of the nearby auto shop if he would help me to remove the trailer for $10. When I received my final bill, it included an $8 safe tow charge that I didn't authorize. I will certainly never use this location again.
Kimberly BMaybe allow an extra day to rental. Milage (driving), loading and unloading days are always tight.
