I was charged an extra day but when I had asked the gentleman that had helped me he told me I could drop it off anytime, 24 hrs. As in, if they are closed to park the car in the back and leave the keys in the slot. When I asked about the fees he said $19.95 plus I needed to replace the gas and pay for the mileage. I was never told that if I didn't return it by 2:45 pm that I would be charged an extra day. Otherwise I would have made other arrangements. I am unhappy that dissatisfied that I am being charged an extra day. Had I know I would have made the effort to drop it off at the expected return time. Additionally, the right side mirror was broken. I knew that when I rented the vehicle but I just dont want to be charged for it. Let customers know that 6'×12' enclosed trailers are not meant for transporting motorcycles. The "D"rings are not heavy duty. The customer that I was moving for would not allow his Harley Davidson in your trailer. Net result: I had to take trailer right back. Rented it, increased overhead -lost money.

Very poor service, not want to go back to again. The owner or worker there, never told they need the receipt of the gas and they will charge me by the mileage for the gas not the what i was start with on the gas mark, why would you have the gas marking on the paper if you charge by the mileage?? didn't have time so i just paid. but not again. watch out for these trick.

We were told we were able to pick up our truck in Stanton/ Cypress within walking distance to our home. The DAY before we left we got an email telling us it now was in Bellflower a long way from our home This was not good as we had to arrange to get there. Our paid movers were set to come and it messed up our move. Very unhappy. The paid movers were great and did a fantastic job thank you Bolt for helping us. The location was not good for us to pickup. This was the worst service I have ever dealt with using u-haul. I requested a pick up truck for noon and had to wait until almost 2 pm because the last person didn't bring the truck back. Then I had to end up getting a bigger truck that i didn't even need and paid more for gas because it was bigger. I will never use this location again. It is ridiculous to make an appointment you cant keep. The party we were picking up from to move furniture had to wait an additional 2 hours for us because of this whole mess. This was a horrible experience.

Jim was very rude. I made reservation with him then he denied talking wth me and he the only Jim there. I ordered a 17 ft truck and when got ther he gave me a 15 ft truck he said only one available. So why make a reservation? this happened 2xs I hope somone reads this and compensates me for inconvenience. charge 19.95 instead of 29.95 a day?

Keep trucks clean. oil and sticky junk was inside and on ramp. Very inconvenient. I asked for 17 ft truck when i got there for pick up Jim gave me 15 ft i advised him let me know so I can go elsewhere to get the truck I need. Jim said take it or leave it! Jim is very rude and needs customer service skils.
