Alex at the Coin Shop was an excellent U-Haul representative. I was a little annoyed, as I expected to pick up the truck at Carolina and Alex explained the situation and helped me get on my way quickly. When I couldn't start it toward the end of the rental, he came across the street to show me how to do it. Another nice feature in renting a truck from this area, is that the Coin Shop is located right in downtown Bellingham. I highly recommend the Coin Shop as a U=Haul pick up location. .
