The personnel there were clearly inexperienced at receiving the vehicles. Eventually, they were able to receive the truck, however it took much longer than necessary. I don't fault the people at the store, but I fault U-Haul for not properly training them. The clerk was unable to resolve the improper gas level issue, of course, he has only the computer to go by. Overall, I rate the experience poor.
