This was my first time renting a Uhaul truck (10'), and everything worked out fine. The renting process was made smooth by Kelly. I can't think of anything offhand that could improve things. The only problem I've run into is paying the tolls on the Tollway website. It is definitely not intuitive! I will call them in the AM.
