I do think the truck had transmission issues and the dolly I rented had a flat tire. The truck was clean and staff was friendly.

PIA Mlocation too small
JACK LAlthough this first part of the rental noted in the UHaul records was smooth, the next (connected) reservation of a different truck *at this same location* fell through. They gave my reserved 15’ truck to someone else just before I arrived for pickup at the scheduled time. Although I’m grateful Ramon booked me another truck himself, I lost an entire day of work and had to go to a different location to pick it up. Although this was probably a “one-off” and I don’t feel this is their normal practice, it clouded my otherwise good experience with them.
