Cramped, hared to navigate parking lot (terrible location for a U-Haull business), no personnel on-site, I got charged $30 because 3 of the 10 blankets weren't folded properly and I returned the rentals early but got no compensation. Called to complain with U-Haul, they were supposed to have management call me back, never heard from them).

Fast and friendly service!
Randy SIn a almost 3,000 mile run we lost a cap off the car trailer. They were there within 1 1/2 hours. Fixed it and sent us on our way......Then 25 miles down the road we over heated......again they were right there with help..... Followed us into town to get it fixed. Gave us a motel room and dinner. Next morning we were on our way again..... made it home great! Thank You for all of your help and kindness......It was greatly appreciated! Blessings, Mom and young son
CHRIS HI had an 11:00 appointment. They received two tow calls and no on returned to check me out until 12:00. They were apologetic but that didn't help me with the inconvenience it created.
