RAUL AThe check-in and return process via the App was pretty straightforward. However, the staff was terrible with zero service attitudes. The guy who was serving at the counter was extremely arrogant. He was running both a convenience store and the U-Haul center. Obviously he only cared about his convenience store customers, paying little attention to the U-Hual customers. He didn't even have the motivation to talk to a U-Haul customer as it wasted his time for running the convenience store. Very bad expereince to rent a U-Hual there.
Wei WMinor dirty still had dog hair from previous renter.
