FRANCIS MNo problem with drop off, other than the property made parking difficult.
STEVEN WIt took an hour and a half to get the paperwork done in order to rent the truck and then I was charged for something that I did not get. I was refunded yet, but it still didn’t keep me from getting NSS on my account we were supposed to gotten a discount because it took so long and I do not believe we got a discount.
