It took an hour and a half to get the paperwork done in order to rent the truck and then I was charged for something that I did not get. I was refunded yet, but it still didn’t keep me from getting NSS on my account we were supposed to gotten a discount because it took so long and I do not believe we got a discount.

Nothing wrong with the location, they where all really nice in there. The problem was with the Uhaul system. It was down and we ended up waiting over 30 mins to get it fixed. I was also charged two different times so I need to call and find out why.

DANIEL CI can’t think of anything they could improve. They were just absolutely wonderful super accommodating and knew their stuff. The only thing I could say is make sure you know that when you buy insurance the top 6 inches is not covered in case you run into an overhang, they were nice enough to tell me that.
