I left my car at this dealership after asking the employees if it was a safe spot, twice. They said of course and had several cameras on the property. The next day I came and got my vehicle and it had been hit. I contacted the business and they said it was my fault for leaving my vehicle there and they didn’t have time to go through the video footage. Absolutely rubbish and will never rent from them or U-Haul ever again.

ROBERT JNot happy. I am not sure who is responsible, but the location blamed Corporate. My reservation was cancelled a 15’ foot truck and I was not called until after it had been rented to another customer who was going to PA.
