The drop box had locks on them so I was unable to return the keys. I had to give them to the business next door hoping they would bring them back the next day...so please get a new lock box. The correct type.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThey were very helpful. Great service.
Brooke BThis location is not proper for U-Haul. Operator did not understand how to interface with U-Haul's reservation system, took a lot of time to get squared away. Thankfully, I had the U-Haul app and was able to do most of the check-out process over my phone. Outside of the trailer itself, they had no ability to rent any other materials (dollies, blankets, etc.). That being said, the trailer itself was in outstanding condition - very happy with the trailer and the way it performed.
