This location is not proper for U-Haul. Operator did not understand how to interface with U-Haul's reservation system, took a lot of time to get squared away. Thankfully, I had the U-Haul app and was able to do most of the check-out process over my phone. Outside of the trailer itself, they had no ability to rent any other materials (dollies, blankets, etc.). That being said, the trailer itself was in outstanding condition - very happy with the trailer and the way it performed.

DEBRA MLocation was supposed to open at 10a for me to swap my truck. It wasn't open even at 10:15a, and there was no truck there. I don't know if this is a U-Haul corporate, or location-specific problem. But I'd never rent from there again.
