I'd say really nothing..the setting up on the phone or in person helped me realize what the process was. The gentleman at the office made it easy to understand everything and how it works. It was easy to bring the truck back and know what to do..I will definitely be using this service again and let all know best place to go. Thank you for making a move with peace of mind .

Dennis LNo one there. Called multiple times when pulling up when there and nothing. Only person I found "worked outside" so could help me. Place was dirty no clear place to drop off truck considering no one in office or answering phone. Could hear people laughing when I was literally screaming at the front desk hello anyone there. Would have drove another 30 plus mins if I had known this would be my experience there.
