Pretty cut and dry experince with the location; but I would like to take a second and give my customer service rep Melissa/Marrissa (I think was her name) a huge thank you. I was irritated and panicked when I contacted her, and from the moment she answered she handled everything. Its hard to find a good doctor, its even harder to find a good customer service rep.
