KATHRYN V.Really like a communication at the call-center I guess. We were taking it back to where we got it and we had to turn around and come back and then we got charge for gas which we put gas in in the middle of going back-and-forth the girls where we ended up dropping it off for great but we got charged for gas so we just put in and we got charge for Extra miles because of the lack of communication. I will never use U-Haul again
