I dropped off outside of business hours, but I’m saying “no” to these questions because I have photo evidence that I refueled the truck back to the 1/4 mark, and they still took the refuel credit off my card. I called to make a complaint, and no one has reached out, as the call center rep stated they would. As expensive as gas is these days, and they pull this crap…unbelievable.
