It is rented out of a store. Had to wait for clerk to come back and provide coverage for the uhaul counter. Employee that was there did not know how to rent out the truck. Was a very slow, arduous process especially when I did everything online to make it quick.

Internet is terrible out there, but the employees were very helpful and attentive. It was much busier than normal and they got swamped pretty bad at the moment I showed up to get the trailer. But they all handled it very well and got business done. This location is a bit out of the way, but it was a Sunday and not many places open. They stay open until 9pm too. So that was awesome.
RAUL LCharged for a return for being two days late when I was only one day late. Even confirmed with the store I was only going to be charged for one day. Please refund the $20 that is due to me. Not my problem if the store was tardy on inputting data into the system and that their workers are incompetent. They shouldn’t be an authorized U-Haul representative based on my interactions with them. If fact, would like the $40 plus tax refunded for the time I've already wasted trying to get this resolved.
