The cashiers at the store were super friendly.
YOEL OBig lake smoke shop staff were extremely helpful with the mixup of equipment and helped me in getting ahold of st cloud staff. They were patient and waited with me for 45 minutes to get the truck returned.
MATTHEW ZThere was a major screwup with the U-Haul app and Lisa at the big Lake smoke shop went out of her way to get everything fixed and make sure I had the truck I needed. Because of these issues, I was running about an hour late, so she made arrangements for the next person who was using the truck to pick it up later as well.
Jon WMeh, maybe explain where the drop box is, because you made me hunt for it... A pic would be nice. OH and dont make me download your awful app. no one wants it. I deleted immediately.
