My only bad thing was the availability of uhaul trucks they kinda overbooked and didn't have any available even with the reservation. But other than that they were very friendly and understanding,also willing to help with any questions or needs.

darryl T.Make sure the size truck that is reserved is actually available. Was informed that the small (10ft) was never returned (4 days prior) . He's only option was to give us a 20ft, when I told him I got the guarantee or $50 he offered to knock $10 off the price, it wasn't until I stepped out to call other places he said he would just charge me for the 10ft. That was waaay to much truck, and we ended up having to pay more per mile. All around just a hassle.
