The guys there was very helpful and knowledgeable but the location was within one mile from were I bought the car that was great . The store was pretty run down but everything went well.

laurie kIt appears nothing was done with the truck from the prior rental or many prior rentals. Windshield was very buggy and I had to wash it when I got the truck home. The inside of the windshield was really bad with smears. That was not noticed until the next morning while I was driving into the sun. Quite the hazard and I had picked up and was towing one of your U-Pack trailers. There were wrappers on the floor and partly empty soda bottles under the seat. Napkins and paper towel sheets as well. Really pretty gross. I really expected better than this from U-Haul!
