When I picked up the truck, the representative said she did not have time to walk around the truck with me. It was dirty and had somebody else’s garbage inside the truck. I left a cleaner then I found it, and I left it with more gas than I found it. They also told me that they did not have the queen size mattress bags that I asked for and pre-purchased. She told me I’d have to call U-Haul customer service and get this taken care of.

Joseph HAt a dedicated Uhaul location, they will hook up your trailer, but here, I had to hook it up myself. It was fairly simple to do. It was pretty easy to pull in, hook up, and even return it. They were nice and everything went smoothly. I would not hesitate to use this location for U-Haul again.
