The guy in Selfserve Lumber 5/30/21 was useless, I cannot believe how poorly he represented Selfserve lumber and Uhaul. The gentleman we worked with a week ago was exactly what a company should embrace. Excellent customer service and treated us great and we also treated him the same way.Trevor W.

I returned the rental to this location as it was listed as 24 hour drop off. No where, no where in the contract, did I see where I would be charged $20.00 for returning after hours! When I talked to the employee (Darrell) the next morning, he never mentioned that there were unauthorized charges placed on my credit card. I am contacting my credit card company and disputing those charges, just wrong!David C.

We was not happy at all with the pickup location they were not polite any questions I had they said U-Haul issue U-Haul problem. But everything else was great good move drop off location was great the gentleman was very niceDavid H.

Very helpful and patient at this location. Very accommodating and friendly even though pick up day involved a blizzard. Any problems was caused by UHaul corporate end. Not user friendly software for the dealer to use. Screen freeze ups and upload problems but this dealer hung in there, contacted UHaul district rep and got it done.RON C.

The gentleman that waited on us and answered the phone was very rude and had very poor customer service. He could not print a receipt nor did not have the ability to tell us why we were charged extra. He would not accept cash instead of the card on file. Had to stop at other locations before this one... completed paperwork, loaded trailer to find that it was missing the adapter for the lights. These units should really be check ahead of time. I wasted a large amount of time at the previous location.andrew T.
The paperwork given to me at check in showed the gas gauge at more than what was in it. I had to tell the owner that it wasnt the same and he noted my receipt but apparently didnt note it on the computer/account as I then got charged for gas after I returned the equipment. Not very happy about this especially after the last time I rented a uhaul and was treated absolutely horrid upon returning my rental and the place wouldnt even take it. I was promised it would be different this time and there were still issues.Lisa S.
Get your billing right my agreement at the pick up point was for one way 133 mile trip I get done and go turn in truck they tell me I have to return it at the pickup point so I missed work today and had to pay for a ride home wasted 3hrs. Your customer service line was no help at all was even threatened that if it wasn't returned I would be charged triple the amount of contract. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!!!Emilio M.

The Bridgeport dealer was very rude and disrespectful and told me there truck was rented when actually it wasn't so I ended up going to Birch run even though it was out of my way since I live in Bridgeport. The Birch run location was super great and I won't hesitate to use them againale P.
