At a dedicated Uhaul location, they will hook up your trailer, but here, I had to hook it up myself. It was fairly simple to do. It was pretty easy to pull in, hook up, and even return it. They were nice and everything went smoothly. I would not hesitate to use this location for U-Haul again.
