They did not check my trailer in once I dropped it off. This causes more stress and waisted time for me during my work day. Very poor customer service.
EVAN SFront desk agent is very rude. Was eating at the desk when I arrived for pick up. When I came to drop off and return keys he was very rude . I would never recommend this location to anyone.

COURTNEY RI dropped the truck off at a Ramada Inn, so I didn't actually hand the keys over to a U-Haul employee. The receptionist, however, was very pleasant. She said she would contact the U-Haul employee to let them know I dropped off the truck.
