There were no U-Haul employees on site. Had to go to another site to buy light adapter. They called and texted manager of pick up site but no response. Ever. I hired a person who was there applying for job to help hitch the trailer.
Kerry SI was overcharged for the rental and mileage
Ian MRented out of a hotel lobby. No manager to complete check out. Had 8:30 reservation and took 45 mini to find someone to check me out. Awful service
Richard WI waited almost two hours for a UHAUL rep to show up that never did. Ended up having the hotel staff get them on the phone to eventually give me the trailer number. Another customer also was waiting too. A bit ridiculous for the time crunch that a move takes.
