Rented out of a hotel lobby. No manager to complete check out. Had 8:30 reservation and took 45 mini to find someone to check me out. Awful service

I waited almost two hours for a UHAUL rep to show up that never did. Ended up having the hotel staff get them on the phone to eventually give me the trailer number. Another customer also was waiting too. A bit ridiculous for the time crunch that a move takes.
CHLOE CThis was subpar at best. I was lucky to have made it safely home. Nothing was strapped or attatched correctly on the vehicle transport. Also, the signal lights were not working. We were not given any paperwork either. Upon arriving to my destination to drop off the vehicle transport the Uhaul in Gaffney, SC, had no record of us. I will never ever recommend this location.
